SUMMARY:Yoga Class for Caregivers
DESCRIPTION:TCTSY uses similar yoga forms to those you may have tried in a local class\, online\, or gym. It differs\, however\, by shifting the focus from “doing it right” or “being really flexible” to the internal experience of the participant. The power resides within you\, as a participant\, rather than the yoga facilitator. The facilitator offers options for movement and will guide the class in that way; however\, participants are not required to do exactly what the facilitator demonstrates.
