The Big brings maturity, empathy, and strong communication skills, shaped by years of leadership, peer tutoring, and a genuine love for working with kids. She understands boundaries, shows emotional awareness, and knows how to meet a child where they are — especially when that child needs encouragement, patience, and someone who truly listens. The Little is expressive, creative, and eager for a one‑on‑one relationship where she feels seen and supported.
