COVID-19 is an evolving global, national, and statewide issue. At Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee, the health and safety of our Littles, Bigs, families, staff, event participants, and partners is our first priority.
The BBBS-ETN leadership team will continue to monitor and make decisions on events on a rolling, weekly basis. This page will reflect all updates on meetings, Match events, and fundraisers.
Results of our COVID-19 survey:
- Overall, 84% of families whose children are enrolled in one of our programs report that they have supportive mentors.
- In our Community-Based program, 80% of our families report that their children’s Bigs are supportive.
- 77% of families of Littles reported that BBBS-ETN was the first organization that reached out to them.
