Tuesday, August 9th at 6 pm. Theme: Downtown scavenger hunt! Meet at World's Fair Park for a treat and then set off on a scavenger hunt adventure race! Be the first match to finish and win a prize! Let the games begin!
Tuesday, September 13th at 5:30 pm. Theme: STEM Night. WonderWorks is excited to share some fun, interactive science activities with you! Find out the science behind laying on a bed of nails and take on a new bubble challenge that you can share with your friends!
In partnership with Carson-Newman, matches will learn how to construct a personal statement to prepare for college and program application processes. This workshop will take place in our office. Dinner will be provided!
Saturday, September 17th from 10 am to 2 pm. We’ll spend a relaxing afternoon in the open fields of Cades Cove, one of the most beautiful spots in the Smokies. On this outing join butterfly experts from the Great Smoky Mountain Institute at Tremont, to learn about Monarch Butterfly migration and catch and tag butterflies that are migrating through the area.
Join us at Elst Brewing Co. on N. Central in Knoxville for a fun night of music bingo!! Get to know BBBS and our volunteer opportunities while you eat, drink, and practice your musical knowledge. Bring your friends!
Theme: Fall Festivities at the BBBS Office. There will be a pumpkin carving contest, cookie decorating, a Halloween movie, games & more! UT student-athletes will be joining us.

In partnership with TN Achieves, seniors will have the opportunity to receive assistance in filling out their FAFSA, TN Promise applications, and additional scholarship applications. Staff will provide information to students about the BBBS scholarship opportunity. Be sure to bring in your school laptops/chargers!
At an info session, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee, including opportunities to get involved, common misconceptions and the benefits of mentoring, an open Q&A session, and hear from a current Big.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee is thrilled to announce its 2022 College & Career Fair, presented by Arconic, will be on Thursday, October 27. The outdoor College and Career Fair will feature two-year, four-year, trade schools, and colleges/universities, as well as local companies and businesses. BBBS-ETN is always seeking community partners as resources for our Littles.
