We are excited to welcome a new match to the BBBS

We are excited to welcome a new match to the BBBS family with Little Amalee and Big Elizabeth. Elizabeth previously served as a High School Big and was eager to step back into mentoring because she knows how powerful it can be to show up for a child during important growing years. From the moment they met, it was clear this connection was something special as Amalee ran in with a big smile and an even bigger hug. Elizabeth’s warm, patient, and playful approach is a wonderful fit for Amalee’s outgoing spirit and love for conversation and games, while also providing steady encouragement around school and reading.

This match is a beautiful reminder that IT TAKES A VILLAGE to help young people build confidence, resilience, and joy, and we are grateful to Elizabeth for being part of Amalee’s village. 💚
